Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentBench ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentBench provides AI-powered automation agents designed for franchise brokers. Our agents assist with lead qualification, franchise matching, follow-up automation, scheduling, and reporting. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Client Tether.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including AI agents, interfaces, and documentation — are owned by AgentBench and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgentBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
